Protecting God's Children
Our diocese, our parish, and the whole Catholic Church are committed to protecting children and adults from harm. Our safe environment program is in place to help prevent sexual abuse within our community and to help heal the wounds of victims' past abuse. In compliance with the USCCB's Charter for the Protection of Children & Young People, the Diocese of Grand Rapids has established an office for Child & Youth Protection. On it's website, you will find Diocesan policies regarding allegations of abuse as well as our work to help victims heal.
